Rocky Mountain British is proud to offer our LR4 LS Swap Gateway Module and Custom ECM Flash. This kit will cover the complete electrical side of LS Swapping a 2014-2016 Land Rover LR4. The kit comprises of a Gateway Module and a Custom ECM Flash.

The Land Rover 3.0l Engine ECU is left in place to control Fuel Pressure, security, Etc. The Custom flash will get the Rover ECM producing the proper fuel pressure for an LS Engine. This means that there is no need to drop the fuel tank or install a regulator when performing this swap, making the fuel system a breeze. This Custom flash requires you to ship your original ecu to us and we will flash and return the ECM. The return shipping is included in the purchase price. Alternatively, we can flash a customer supplied core ecu but security would need to be synced on the user end. We can assist with that remotely if needed.

Our LS Gateway Module will get the dash functioning as intended with no faults displayed. Functioning Air Suspension, Transfer Case, gear position related functions (parking sensors, backup cameras and reverse lights), Air Conditioning, Start/Stop Button, etc. This module is wired into the LR and GM Canbus. It has only been tested with the GM E38 ECU which is the most common. It also allows for input from the Turbolamik Transmission Controller for Shifter position on the dash. This Input is 3.3v and could potentially be used with other transmissions and controllers, but we have not tested. We will provide a base tune for the TurboLamik that has base LS Parameters as well as the parameters for our gear position input. This module also allows for the original Land Rover Accelerator pedal to be used. Complete wiring instructions are included with this kit as well as ECO Stop/Start Removal Instructions.

We are constantly working on the software behind these modules to make them better. Version 1 does not include Terrain Response Functionality, we can also assume rear locker wont work either as it is tied in(Have not Tested). We have also not tested on an adaptive cruise vehicle either. We will have an update to fix this later this year and update will be provided at no cost to purchasers of the version 1 Module as the hardware will not change. Modules are fully updateable over CANBUS using a JLR Mongoose cable. Customers will be contacted when update is available and to set up a appt time.
